Energy Consumption
You will only be deducted points (energy) if the request executes successfully. Do not use our OCR gateway to scan prohibited texts.
Bot Grid Distribution
The Novel Mass Downloader only helps you aggregate data. If we receive DDOS reports from target source domains, we will terminate your gateway IP allocation.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund window for all purchases. If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from using our product or if the product does not function as described, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date.
